About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and experienced customer care specialists to work in a remote environment, where you will have the autonomy to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service that drives customer retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way. Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering solutions that meet their needs. Providing customers with information about blithequark's service standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring that they are well-informed and satisfied with our services. Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that critical matters are addressed promptly and efficiently. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and that all necessary steps are taken to prevent future occurrences. Completing call notes and call reports, updating customer information in our CRM system, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved efficiently. Recording details of customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining a comprehensive record of customer interactions and ensuring that all necessary follow-up actions are taken. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and provide exceptional service to our multicultural customer base. Some sales and customer service experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to provide exceptional service in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and a professional tone, ensuring that all customer interactions are clear, concise, and effective. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate technology and leverage tools to drive efficiency and productivity. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and that all issues are addressed in a timely manner. Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive insights that inform customer service strategies and improve overall performance. Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, demonstrating a strong ability to manage stress, remain composed under pressure, and provide exceptional service even in challenging circumstances.
