As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, addressing concerns, and providing personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way. Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. Communicating blithequark's service standards to customers, ensuring they understand our commitment to excellence and their role in our partnership. Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing potential impact on our customers. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and ensuring issues are fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, call reports, and updates in our CRM system. Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring we continuously improve our service and support. Recording details of customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights for our team and informing future service improvements. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundation in education and commitment to personal growth. Bilingual skills, which are considered a plus, as they enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and provide exceptional support. Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in an energy or related industry, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and a professional tone, ensuring you can effectively engage with customers and colleagues alike. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and our CRM system, enabling you to efficiently manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Some experience with MS Excel, which is considered a plus, as it enables you to analyze data, identify trends, and inform service improvements. The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining professional and composed under pressure, and providing exceptional support to our customers.
