Job Overview As an inbound customer service agent with Pondera, you'll be responsible for handling incoming phone calls from clients and providing top-notch service to their customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound phone calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner Work in a quiet and distraction-free environment, using your own computer and internet connection Meet the minimum requirement of 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule between 5PM EST and 8AM EST Participate in online training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Continuously improve your performance and meet or exceed productivity and quality standards Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need: Your own computer, either a desktop or laptop with a 2.0 GHz processor or higher (tablets and Chromebooks do not qualify) A paid internet connection with a speed of 50 Mbps or better A suitable place to take calls that is quiet and distraction-free Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a remote or home-based environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite Strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues What We Offer: At Pondera, we're committed to providing our team members with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
