About Workwarp and the Role Workwarp is at the forefront of identity governance and administration, providing innovative solutions to complex business problems. As an IAM Saviynt Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Saviynt's Identity Governance and Administration solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in helping Workwarp's clients achieve their identity management goals and ensuring the security and integrity of their systems. Key Responsibilities Understand Requirements and Perform Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and perform analysis to identify solutions. Create Templates, Workflows, and Patterns: Utilize Saviynt to create templates, workflows, and patterns that meet client needs and drive business outcomes. Review Deliverables: Work closely with the Fortive program team to review deliverables and ensure they meet the required standards. Cyber Security IAM Identity Administration: Implement and manage identity administration solutions that ensure the security and integrity of client systems. Develop and Manage Identity Policies: Create and manage identity policies that align with client requirements and industry best practices. Design Access Control Models: Design and implement access control models that meet client needs and ensure the security of their systems. Integrate Saviynt with Enterprise Systems: Integrate Saviynt with other enterprise systems to drive seamless identity governance and administration. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Technical Saviynt Experience: Proven experience working with Saviynt Identity Access Management Solution, including custom app onboarding and integration. Identity Management Concepts: Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including identity governance and administration. Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security best practices and how they apply to identity management. Developer/Software Engineer Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Developer or Software Engineer, with a focus on identity management. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Other Identity Governance Platforms: Experience working with other identity governance platforms, such as Oracle Identity Manager or SailPoint. Active Directory Experience: Experience working with Active Directory, including user management and group policy administration. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Saviynt or identity governance certifications, are a plus. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Saviynt and identity management concepts. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
