Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at blithequark. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for performing HR-related tasks on a professional level and working closely with managers in the workplace and the Market HR manager. Your primary responsibilities will include benefits administration, labor relations, talent development, performance management, onboarding process, system implementation, recruitment/business, and compliance with regulatory policies. Key Responsibilities Perform HR-related tasks on a professional level, including benefits administration, labor relations, talent development, performance management, onboarding process, system implementation, recruitment/business, and compliance with regulatory policies. Assist managers with employee engagement, recruitment, staffing, development, training, and other HR-related activities. Lead and facilitate the development of training programs and digital solutions by utilizing and sharing resources, information, and technical expertise. Develop, implement, and evaluate HR practices and action plans to address business needs by collaborating with managers, employees, customers, and other stakeholders. Support and advocate for employees by demonstrating blithequark's core values. Provide and support the implementation of business processes by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; and selecting and implementing key processes and practices. Model consistency with company policies and procedures and support company rules of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of engaging processes; using the Gateway Process, and appearing and helping others with how to apply these in implementing business processes and practices. Demonstrate advanced knowledge and apply this to the development, implementation, and improvement of training plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the use of information and best practices. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in HR or a related field; OR 1 year's retail experience AND 1 year's administrative experience; OR 2 years' retail work experience. Preferred Qualifications Long-term postgraduate education in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; OR 2 years' HR leadership experience. Experience with HR software and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
