**Experienced HR Shared Services Specialist – Workday HCM & Talent Management**

We're now seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global skills groups to provide timely and effective solutions to employee issues, leveraging Workday transactions and data input & accuracy. If you're a customer-focused professional with exceptional stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for HR, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** As an HR Shared Services Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes * Providing support with HR applications, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work * Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization * Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees * Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding) * Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies **Required Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool * Demonstrated proficiency in Mass Uploads (EIB) * Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills * Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel * A strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve complex problems * A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required) * Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!) * Experience with Zendesk ticketing system (a plus!) **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, experience with the following tools and technologies would be an asset: * Workday Data Analyst * HR Generalist * Zendesk ticketing system **What We Offer:** As an HR Shared Services Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
