Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused HR Shared Services Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, providing timely and effective support to our employees and stakeholders. Your expertise in HR operations, customer service, and stakeholder management will enable you to deliver exceptional results, drive process improvements, and contribute to the success of our global organization. Key Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, leveraging your attention to detail and analytical skills to maintain data integrity and compliance. Collaborate with our local and global talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and drive results. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that impact all employees, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our business operations. Research and implement new tools and technologies that can simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence. Contribute to the creation, writing, and maintenance of our HR knowledge base for employees, ensuring that our internal resources are accurate, relevant, and easily accessible. Assist with the analysis, intake, and operationalization of new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, leveraging your project management skills to drive efficient and effective processes. Perform system and testing audits as requested to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to identify areas for improvement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications: Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB) and data management. Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights. A strong interest in HR and talent management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems using rigorous logic and methodologies, with a focus on finding creative solutions and driving process improvements. A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required, with relevant experience in HR operations, talent management, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a related role, with a deep understanding of HR operations and talent management principles. Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system, with experience in using technology to drive customer service excellence and process efficiency.
