Key Responsibilities Effectively identify customer, family, and caregiver needs, and communicate the services offered by the company, ensuring a thorough understanding of the value provided. Establish rapport with customers and engage them with the company's services by scheduling initial visits. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and safeguarding Protected Health Information. Route calls efficiently to ensure first-call resolution, minimizing the need for follow-up interactions. Participate in ongoing educational and training activities to enhance knowledge and performance levels, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Meet and exceed individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service. Adhere to attendance requirements and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment. Perform other administrative duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Essential Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. A minimum of 2 years of experience using CRM applications, with a proven track record of effectively managing customer interactions. At least 1 year of experience in an outreach environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. Knowledge of medical terminology, with the ability to understand and apply relevant healthcare concepts. Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Good typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently document customer interactions. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies. Critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the home care industry, with a deep understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in this sector. A background in customer service, call center, or medical scheduling environments, with a proven track record of success in these areas.
