We are currently looking for an experienced Healthcare Scheduler and Customer Service Representative to work in our remote call center, where you will play a vital role in scheduling in-home health assessments and providing top-notch customer service to our members. Job Overview In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our members, with the goal of scheduling in-home health assessments provided free of charge by their health plan. As a key member of our call center team, you will spend approximately 90% of your time on the phones, engaging with members, and encouraging them to accept the visit. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong customer service background will enable you to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities Make 150-250 outbound calls per day to members, using a combination of manual dialing and an auto-dialer system Read and follow scripts to ensure consistent and effective communication with members Encourage members to accept the in-home health assessment and entice them to agree to this free benefit provided by their healthcare provider Communicate effectively with different departments via Webex, Outlook, and other platforms Multitask through various insurance portals to verify member eligibility Respond to emails and corrections in a timely and professional manner Meet daily goals, including scheduling 1-2 visits per hour, with a target of 2 visits per hour Maintain a QA score of 95% or higher and adhere to attendance requirements for the first 90 days of employment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service background, with experience in sales, call center, and scheduling Ability to handle 150-250 calls per day and meet daily goals Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and ability to multitask through various insurance portals Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation Location: Must be located in IL, TN, PA, FL, or GA Preferred qualifications include: Bilingual skills, although not required Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and sales Knowledge of Google Chrome and Google Maps Ability to maintain a QA score of 95% or higher and adhere to attendance requirements Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with members and provide clear and concise information Problem-solving skills : Ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Time management skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet daily goals Technical skills : Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, Google Chrome, and Google Maps, with the ability to multitask through various insurance portals Customer service skills : Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing top-notch service to our members Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
