Job Overview As a Healthcare Product Manager at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our healthcare products and services. You'll lead the charge in discovering effective solutions, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of healthcare businesses and care teams. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Backlog Management: Define and prioritize product backlog, requirements, and user stories to execute on the product strategy, aligning with outcome-oriented goals. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analyses to discover and validate user and business value, informing product decisions with data-driven insights. Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with other Product Managers to ensure the product vision and critical roadmap milestones are met, while providing leadership and guidance to the Scrum Team. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with technical, clinical, and business partners to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluate product performance, and drive continuous improvement. SAFe Processes and PI Ceremonies: Participate in PI ceremonies as part of our SAFe processes, contributing to the successful delivery of products. Customer and Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our customers, patients, business, and the broader healthcare ecosystem to inform product roadmaps and strategies. Essential Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Product Management Experience: 5+ years of product management experience focused on digital products, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research and data. Adaptability and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and taking initiative to drive results. Relationship Building: Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical, clinical, and business partners to accomplish goals. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel 25% domestically within the United States. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Healthcare Expertise: Healthcare digital product expertise is highly preferred, with experience in value-based care or population health being a significant advantage. Analytical Roles: Experience in detail-oriented and highly analytical roles, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation. EHR Systems: Familiarity or experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Cerner, Epic, etc., is desirable, with Cerner experience being a huge plus. Product Development: Experience in building a product from the ground up, with a deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
