Responsibilities As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your responsibilities will include: Connecting with Customers : You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. Resolving Issues : You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Responding to Requests : You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Tracking Call-Related Information : You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Providing Feedback : You will provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required. To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to Work Remotely : You must be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment. Work from Home Requirements To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Connection Requirements : You must have a minimum subscribed download rate of 50.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed : You must be able to provide proof of your internet speed.
