About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
