You'll bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans, conduct research, and provide answers to their general health care benefit and eligibility questions. You'll also assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information, and more. **A Typical Day** * Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans * Conduct research and do outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members * Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information * Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service **What You Bring to the Role** * 6 months or more of customer service experience * Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared) * High school diploma or equivalent * Computer experience * High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) * A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset) * A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in **What You Can Expect** * Supportive of your career and professional development * An inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouraged * A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values * Base wage range of $16 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities * A healthy benefits package based on your position that could include PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives * Access to 1000s of free courses to support your career growth and development * A supportive team lead and a dynamic, global community that values your contributions **A Bit More About Your Role** We're committed to ensuring you have the skills and support to be successful in your role throughout your career.
