Key Responsibilities Assist in activities related to the medical and psychological aspects of utilization and coordinated care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible support and guidance. Make outreach attempts via telephone to members assigned each day, providing timely and effective communication to address their needs and concerns. Consistently update an Excel spreadsheet with member assignments listed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to inform decision-making and improve patient outcomes. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on patient care and support initiatives. Document all interactions with patients and members in Virtual Health, maintaining detailed and accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex standards. Performance Expectations To be successful in this role, you will be expected to meet the following performance expectations: Make a high volume of outbound calls to patients and members, ensuring that all assigned members are contacted and supported in a timely and effective manner. Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology, utilizing this knowledge to provide accurate and informed support to patients and healthcare professionals. Maintain reliable home internet and a dedicated workspace, ensuring that all work is performed in a secure and compliant environment that meets HIPAA requirements. Complete 80-120 phone calls per day to the Medicare population, ensuring that all patients and members receive the support and guidance they need to navigate the healthcare system. Achieve a compliance rate of 100% for all assigned members, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and arenaflex standards are met or exceeded. Meet or exceed an engagement rate of 80% per month, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and support. Maintain an audit score of at least 90%, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Complete 600 member assignments per month, ensuring that all patients and members receive the support and guidance they need to achieve optimal health outcomes. Qualifications and Skills To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following qualifications and skills: 2-3 years of experience in a managed care setting, medical office, or facility setting, with a demonstrated ability to perform medical administration duties. Thorough knowledge of customer service, utilization review, or claims processing practices in a managed care environment, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory requirements. Operation of office equipment, including personal computers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in healthcare or a related field. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems.
