You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, where no two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself in a dynamic and supportive team. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries, including inbound calls from medical professionals using medical terminology to request and verify benefits * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and adaptable * Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers * Providing support for Health Care Providers * Researching benefit information * Handling situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research * Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
