You'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. **Responsibilities** Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
