You'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and build loyalty. **Responsibilities** • Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes • Maintain and update customer information as necessary • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Qualifications** • High school diploma or equivalent • Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills • Professional and courteous demeanor • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences **Essential Skills and Competencies** • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations • Certification in customer service or a related field • Bilingual or multilingual skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
