We're not just a fitness studio; we're a community that prides itself on delivering world-class stretching sessions through our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP). Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience. Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretching journey, helping them achieve their flexibility and mobility goals. Contribute to building and maintaining a strong StretchLab membership base by providing exceptional client service and retaining current clientele. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by adhering to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules. Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay updated on the latest techniques and best practices. Address member concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, providing solutions that meet their needs. Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager on studio tours, offsite events, and sales initiatives as needed. Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention, sharing your passion for stretching and wellness. Keep all equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure it's available for client use at all times. Qualifications & Requirements To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need: A background in a relevant field such as Massage Therapy, Athletic Training, Personal Training, Sports Coaching, Physical Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instruction. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fitness or health environment where you provided hands-on training to clients. A passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that makes everyone feel at ease. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs. A professional work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to adhering to our attendance policies. Availability to complete our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person training, and 20 hours of practice. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a boutique fitness environment. Knowledge of stretching, flexibility, and mobility techniques. A proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving membership sales. Skills & Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: A deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology. The ability to create personalized stretching plans tailored to each client's needs. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
