About the Role As the Head of Customer Evidence at Blithequark, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented executive producers and a roster of award-winning global agencies. Your mission will be to produce over 200 customer stories per year, collaborating with some of the world's best-known brands to bring their success stories to life. You will oversee project management, creative direction, video production, and story writing, ensuring that every story aligns with our business objectives and delivers tangible results. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of executive producers and agencies in producing high-quality customer stories across multiple product areas and geographic locations. Represent the evidence team in C-level forums, discussing the business and sales impact of customer stories and advocating for their strategic importance. Manage a multi-million-dollar budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI-driven outcomes. Oversee the production pipeline, personally managing priority customer stories and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product marketing, integrated marketing, technical subject matter experts, sales leaders, and customers. Drive the creative vision for customer stories, leveraging AI tools and innovative production techniques to elevate storytelling. What We Are Looking For Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in business. OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in business. OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field AND 12+ years of experience in business. OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in business. OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of people management experience. 10+ years of recent experience overseeing the creation and production of customer stories (videos, written stories, quotes, social posts, etc.) used in high-profile events, websites, social media, blogs, and other high-reach forums for a Fortune 100 company or equivalent experience. People management experience leading teams of 20+ individual contributors and vendors worldwide. Proven track record in creating and presenting to senior leaders and customers, landing customer story plans, expected outcomes, and dependencies. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven people management skills, with a track record of helping grow talent and providing constructive feedback. A portfolio of customer stories, preferably in the B2B technology space, and a deep understanding of the buyer's journey. A creative point-of-view, including experience with AI tools in story production. Executive presence, with the ability to connect customer evidence to business impact. Agency management experience, with the ability to partner with trusted agencies while keeping them accountable for delivering high-impact work, on budget, and on time. Effective communication skills, including the ability to present data and reporting. Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and at-scale production engines. As a remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional travel required. Compensation and Benefits The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. For specific work locations, including the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
