Programme Overview Our Global Risk Management team is responsible for protecting the company through independent, objective oversight of risk. We effectively manage risk and reward for each of the company's major lines of business, ensuring that we operate within a robust risk framework. As a Summer Analyst in our Global Risk team, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks necessary for the management of market, financial, compliance, operational enterprise risks, and other types of risk. You will also gain exposure to products traded across various markets, including credit, interest rate, foreign exchange, equities, and commodities. Responsibilities As a Summer Analyst in our Global Risk team, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Working with Risk Managers to manage the company's various risk exposures arising from its business operations in accordance with the Risk Framework Supporting the lines of business to establish risk management policies, limits, standards, controls, metrics, and thresholds, within defined corporate standards Developing emerging risk assessments, risk scenario analysis, and risk modeling where applicable Managing specialist projects and processes related to risk management Providing training, assessing regulatory developments, and implementing policies Promoting a culture across the company where risk management is embraced as vital to achieving responsible growth Eligibility We welcome applications from a diverse range of degree disciplines, including arts and humanities, as well as numerically focused subjects such as economics and mathematics. To be eligible for this program, you must: Be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university Have completed your academic semester and all studies, with a graduation timeframe between September 2025 and June 2026 Have achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) Be available to join the program from June 2025 to August 2025 What We Are Looking For We are looking for talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in risk management.
