You will work closely with our hotel account managers, LSP team, connectivity manager, and other departments to negotiate favorable inventory rates and availability, develop robust revenue management practices, and build strong relationships with our hotel partners. Your scalable approach to account management will enable you to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a scalable account management approach to deliver revenue and/or acquisition goals through management of inventory, rates, and supplier relations * Negotiate best inventory and strategically competitive rates in your assigned global hotel chains, key accounts, regional chains, management companies, and ownership groups * Support senior global account managers by actively finding opportunities for revenue growth from your assigned partners * Involvement in cross-functional arenaflex business initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve process efficiencies * Develop and sustain strong hotel partner relationships from your assigned partners * Collaborate with hotel account managers, LSP team, connectivity manager, and other departments to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly targets **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in hotel sales, revenue management, or a related field * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving quarterly targets * Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners * Experience with revenue management systems and tools, including yield management, pricing, and inventory management * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field * Experience working with global hotel chains, key accounts, regional chains, management companies, and ownership groups * Knowledge of revenue management best practices and industry trends * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization software * Certification in revenue management, hospitality, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including hotel account managers, LSP team, connectivity manager, and other departments * Strong knowledge of revenue management systems and tools, including yield management, pricing, and inventory management **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
