As a German Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** As a German Speaking Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer emails within 24 hours, including weekends * Checking email accounts twice a day to ensure prompt response times * Providing accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries * Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving * Working independently with minimal supervision, using excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Workload and Availability:** In the beginning, you can expect to work approximately 1 hour per day, 3-4 days a week. However, as you take on more accounts and become more familiar with our systems and processes, your workload will increase.
