As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Responsibilities** As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customers' requests and providing expert advice to guarantee satisfaction and ensure contractual SLAs are maintained * Escalating potential service issues to ensure timely resolution * Following all processes and procedures of the project to ensure seamless delivery * Providing cover for other agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams * Liaising with supervisors/mentors on specific projects where requested * Understanding and complying with administrative duties, including holiday, sickness, and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner * Attending regular team meetings to stay informed and share knowledge * Working on additional tasks required by supervisors or mentors to maintain service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction **Benefits** We offer a comprehensive package of benefits to support your career growth and well-being: * Full-time (39 hours/week) contract from Monday to Saturday (rotative) with a permanent contract * Work schedule: Monday - Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00, Friday 09:00 to 17:00 * Salary: €18,600 gross/year + up to €2,400 gross/year (dependent on experience) * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance * Chance to join an international company with a global presence * Start date: Immediate * Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked) **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Native level speaker of German * Fluent in English * Good disposition to work in a customer service environment * Customer care skills, including the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs * Basic sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling * Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution * Personal abilities: + Resistant to stress + Very good communication and listening skills + Ability to work in a team + Logical approach to problem-solving + Ability to work on own initiative + Ability to adapt to different situations and needs **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
