As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening and evaluating applications and resumes, conducting initial interviews with candidates, leading client meetings, and coordinating with clients to schedule and organize final interviews. Your role will also involve obtaining feedback from clients after final interviews are completed, which will enable us to continuously improve our selection process and facilitate onboarding. You will utilize and maintain various HR software platforms to manage candidate data, interview schedules, and other recruitment-related information. Collaboration with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and techniques to attract high-quality candidates will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Screen and evaluate applications and resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for various positions. Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles and provide feedback to the hiring team. Lead client meetings to ensure company satisfaction with our services and coordinate with clients to schedule and organize final interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Construction Industry. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the Construction Industry. Knowledgeable about the construction industry, including its trends, challenges, and best practices. Excellent proficiency in the English language, both written and oral. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the recruiting life cycle. Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities. A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and hiring managers.
