About the Role The Fully Remote Healthcare Call Center and Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing managed care members, supporting the Care Management Team for the CA Market. This is a full-time position, requiring 40+ hours per week, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm PST. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to enroll members into Care Management programs, meet production and sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing managed care members, discussing their care and medical reasons for signing up for the program Enroll members into Care Management programs, meeting production and sales targets Work in a fast-paced call center setting, making a minimum of 60 calls per day Enter data into the True Care EMR system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns Collaborate with the Care Management Team to achieve business objectives Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Live in the PST or MST time zones Have 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment within the healthcare field Have at least 2 years of previous healthcare experience Sales experience is highly preferred Bilingual candidates are preferred Technical and computer proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot computer issues Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Essential Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production and sales targets Strong technical and computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a Fully Remote Healthcare Call Center and Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the healthcare industry.
