Job Summary As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. This is a temporary/part-time role with flexible scheduling options, including first shift, second shift, and weekend shifts. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.00, plus upsell commission, and additional shift premiums. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, addressing product-related concerns and resolving customer issues. Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions in a professional and courteous manner. Utilize computer systems to navigate through multiple platforms, enter information, and communicate effectively with customers. Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and objectives. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Reliable computer equipment and dedicated high-speed internet connection. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience. Familiarity with computer systems and software applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Training Requirements: 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm. 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm. Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $14.00, plus upsell commission. Additional shift premiums: $0.50 per hour for shifts between 4:30 PM and midnight, and $0.75 per hour for weekend shifts.
