Key Responsibilities Entering high volumes of data into the system with speed and accuracy, utilizing your strong typing skills and attention to detail. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and ensuring the integrity of our databases. Maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information, and verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data as necessary. Combining data from multiple systems when information is incomplete, and accomplishing department and organization mission by completing relevant results as needed. Securing information by completing database backups, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive data. Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives, and contributing to the development of processes and procedures to improve data management efficiency. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: Proven data entry work experience, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency. Strong typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to meet productivity standards. Familiarity with MS Office and data entry software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for errors and inconsistencies. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines. High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.
