Job Summary We are seeking experienced full-time data entry professionals to work from home, offering a competitive rate of $260 per day. As a remote data entry and technical support specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing specialized help for network framework and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, as well as investigating and resolving technical issues for clients. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data accurately in our systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Investigate and resolve technical issues for clients, including hardware and software problems, and provide timely and effective solutions. Conduct site visits to investigate issues, install or update hardware and software, and provide technical support to clients. Communicate with clients by phone, email, or in-person to discuss issues, provide updates, and resolve problems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless operations. Maintain passwords, data integrity, and record system security, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information. Provide technical support to PC system users, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, software, and hardware, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Strong data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server) and experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Ghost, Symantec, Remote Desktop Applications, Active Directory, and different Internet browsers. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective fixes. Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of network framework and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
