Who We're Looking For We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a growth mindset and a passion for exceptional customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Scheduling, you'll be the face of Blithequark for many of our customers, and we're looking for someone who can provide a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments Coordinate scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch Dispatch technicians to job sites, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints Ensure excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner Organize and maintain systems for documents, invoices, and client records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Process payments from customers and follow up on overdue accounts as necessary Assist in setting up and implementation of ServiceTitan and other software applications Additional responsibilities to support the growth and success of Blithequark Requirements and Qualifications Essential Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and team members Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials can be beneficial for understanding the business and communicating effectively with technicians and customers Must have a clear background check Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Experience with CRM software and other technology applications Certifications or training in customer service, dispatching, or a related field What We Offer Career Growth and Development: At Blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
