Document and Update Customer Interactions : Accurately document and update customer interactions in our system, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible. Escalate Issues When Necessary : Identify and escalate issues that require additional support or attention, ensuring that customers receive the help they need in a timely manner. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Previous Customer Service Experience : Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
