Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a primary focus on outbound calls to students of arenaflex's clients. You will also provide clear verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations.
