Utilize basic computer applications and quickly learn new software to efficiently manage customer inquiries and issues. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our customers. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry, is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. Proficient with basic computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software.
