Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, assisting customers with their production orders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, 100% remote position that offers flexibility and convenience. Key Responsibilities Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses. Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Sort and organize data, ensuring it is easily accessible and usable. Engage in either voice or non-voice processes, as required, and manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner. Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information and ensure accuracy. Perform additional duties and tasks as required by Blithequark, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility. Essential Qualifications Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately, and a stable internet connection. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Computer-savvy, with proficiency in using digital tools and software applications. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles. Familiarity with online databases and data management systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately verify information and resolve customer issues.
