As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Product Expertise: Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise. Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions, ensuring that customers receive the most current and accurate information. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that all interactions are professional and friendly. Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Team Management (If applicable): Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback, ensuring that all team members meet the 30-minute response time requirement for email and chat inquiries. Ensure the team adheres to the highest standards of customer service, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times. Essential Qualifications Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
