Job Summary As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative digital products across our partner healthcare system's vast network of medical facilities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing patient experiences, addressing clinical burnout, and driving clinical outcomes through data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, to identify areas of opportunity and develop solutions that meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a digital product strategy that positively impacts patients and healthcare providers, aligning with the healthcare system's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint areas of opportunity aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience and clinical outcomes. Oversee the entire product life cycle , from ideation and requirement gathering to product design, execution, and release. Own all things product , including product engineering, design, and measurement strategies. Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions on the product roadmap, focusing on areas such as patient communication/scheduling, telemedicine, clinical burnout, and automation. Take charge of digital solution design , facilitate change management, user adoption, and ensure seamless integration of products with existing technologies. Introduce new products and features , gauge their success, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly. Act as a deeply analytical and strategic thinker who thrives on solving business challenges, creating products, taking ownership of product prioritization, and effectively managing stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 4+ years of experience leading full product development lifecycles (i.e., product ideation, development, testing, integration, delivery). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams. Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of achieving success in overseeing intricate operational and technology deployments impacting multiple end-users. Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills to pinpoint value drivers for digital initiatives while constructing compelling business cases. Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare experience is highly desired, but not required. Experience working in an Agile environment with a focus on digital transformation. Proven ability to get stuff done in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
