We are seeking an experienced full-time Lecturer or Associate Professor of Instruction to join our dynamic team at the University of Iowa's Department of Health and Human Physiology. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the growth and development of our department. About the Department The Department of Health and Human Physiology at the University of Iowa is a leading institution in the field of exercise science and human physiology. Our department offers six undergraduate majors, including BS in Exercise Science, BS in Human Physiology, BA in Health Studies, BS in Health Promotion, BS in Therapeutic Recreation, and a BS in Sport and Recreation Management. About the Position We are seeking a highly qualified individual to teach undergraduate courses in human anatomy, human physiology, and exercise physiology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in exercise physiology, human anatomy, human physiology, kinesiology, exercise science, applied physiology, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated effectiveness teaching as a primary instructor in human anatomy, human physiology, and/or exercise physiology, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
