About the Role As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll address concerns, provide support, and resolve issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of healthcare products and/or services Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Maintain and update customer information as necessary Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: High school diploma or GED Customer service experience in a healthcare or related field is highly desirable Strong computer navigational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension abilities Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: Previous experience in healthcare customer service or a related field Familiarity with healthcare products and services Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field Work Environment As a work-from-home representative, you'll need: A private residence with a dedicated workspace A reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only) A computer and phone system (provided by Blithequark) A webcam (may be required) An ISP that meets minimum download speeds of 10 Mbps and upload speeds of 3 Mbps Physical Demands This role involves: Constant sedentary work Benefits and Perks At Blithequark, we're committed to supporting our employees' well-being and career growth.
