Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, authorize sales, and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
