As a full-time employee, you will work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $25-$45 per hour, based on experience and performance. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their queries. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing effective solutions. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet customer needs. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
