As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy, working with a diverse range of customers to resolve issues, address concerns, and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate relationships and retain customers through empathetic and consultative approaches, resolving complex issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Efficiently navigate multiple systems to address customer concerns related to one or more products or services, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Uncover customer needs, interests, and wants in each interaction, proactively offering additional products and services to meet their requirements. Demonstrate self-sufficiency by utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual setting. Engage with managers or support teams using virtual communication tools to seek assistance when needed. Remain proficient in explaining customer bills, managing billing, rate plans, and feature matters for one or more products or services. Perform basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services to ensure seamless customer experiences. Adhere to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Work Schedule and Requirements: This is a full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week. Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible Mandatory Overtime when business needs require. Current business hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 9:00pm CST. Initial training/nesting hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (~3 months). Attendance is Mandatory Daily. Post-training/nesting hours – will shift to later hours that could include Saturday and/or Sunday. Paid time off becomes available after 3 months of service. Qualifications and Skills: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and resolve complex issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the communications or technology industry. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly. Work-From-Home Requirements: Must have verified internet service with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12mb upload speed. Established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Company will provide equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.). Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits.
