Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering a unique and beautiful purchaser experience, engaging customers and patients through greeting them and providing assistance with products and services. You will also be responsible for registering sales on assigned coins register, affording clients with courteous, truthful, pleasant, and efficient checkout carrier. Key Responsibilities Fashions and delivers a unique and beautiful purchaser experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and satisfactory Registers sales on assigned coins register, collects cash, and distributes change as asked; processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as wished Engages customers and patients through greeting them and providing assistance with products and services, resolving consumer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a tremendous customer experience Maintains counters and shelves smooth and well merchandised, takes inventory and continues facts, and tests in and fees products as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader Implements agency asset safety strategies to perceive and decrease earnings loss, ensuring compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, superb systems, and sale merchandise, completing resets and revisions as directed Assists with separation of food items and product placement as unique using policies/approaches, and provides customer support within the picture location, including virtual passport image service, poster print and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photograph merchandise Assumes net choose-up obligations, monitors orders in photo care plus, fills orders, and can provide orders to clients as they come at store Assists with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store circumstances and look, complying with all agency policies and approaches, and maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly to complete tasks Preferred Qualifications Choose six months of experience in retail environment Prefer to have prior work experience with blithequark Opt to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
