About the Role As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing virtual support to customers and advisors through phone, email, and web interactions. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a flexible, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and advisors with billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries. Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and proactively identify solutions to common customer questions. Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical guidance is needed. Exceptional Service: Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective support. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our pharmacy website and services. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty. Adherence to Policies: Maintain customer privacy and safety by adhering to our Work From Home policy and other relevant guidelines. Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older). Technical Experience: 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. Multitasking: Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills. Scheduling Flexibility: Willingness to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice. Pre-Employment Screening: Pass a pre-employment drug test. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience: 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment. Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
