Key Responsibilities: Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and relevant information. Handle Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, providing appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary. Process Orders and Transactions: Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Conduct Research: Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide relevant information, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. Essential Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role, providing exceptional service and support to customers. Research Skills: Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
