Job Summary and Objective As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our business customers. You will serve as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and our support teams to resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and effective support to our business customers via phone and email, while working collaboratively with our internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Interact with business customers via phone and email to provide information about our products and services, while addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Act as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and blithequark support paths to resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns. Keep accurate records of business interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Process service requests through appropriate channels to facilitate timely reconciliation, ensuring correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests. Conduct account analysis and reviews, develop proposals, and follow up with businesses to document their experience with our services. Collaborate with B2B representatives to align with optimal care and ensure seamless customer experiences. Utilize Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and spreadsheets on a daily basis, with extensive and accurate typing required.
