We're a team of passionate, talented individuals who are committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible and making a meaningful impact on the world. **The Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS is seeking a skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team.** As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing workflow tooling that enables our teams to deliver high-quality software experiences. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deploy tools that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization will be critical in helping us to identify areas for improvement and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop scalable workflow tooling that meets the needs of our customers * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deploy tools * Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive business outcomes * Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals * Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Provide education and support to teams on workflow best practices and tooling * Iterate on dashboard design and development based on feedback from teams and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications:** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst * Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) * Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Advanced Tableau developer skills * Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in software development, including data pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to achieve concrete results through analytics * Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across teams to achieve a unified goal **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong understanding of data visualization and analytics tools * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools * Strong SQL skills, including data modeling and data warehousing * Experience with data governance and data quality best practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
