You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our guests and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to our datacom and network services teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. * Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our guests and stakeholders. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to datacom and network services, working closely with our technical teams to identify and implement solutions. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guides, and training materials, to ensure that our teams have the necessary knowledge and skills to operate and maintain our systems. * Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and solutions, working closely with our technical teams to identify and evaluate emerging trends and innovations. * Collaborate with our vendor partners to ensure that our systems and infrastructure are properly supported and maintained, and that our technical requirements are met. * Provide training and support to our technical teams, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to operate and maintain our systems. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or telecommunications. * 3+ years of experience in datacom and network services, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving. * Strong knowledge of datacom and network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing. * Experience with network management systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting tools. * Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. * Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field, such as computer science or engineering. * 5+ years of experience in datacom and network services, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving. * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure. * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis and incident response. * Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including continuous integration and continuous deployment. * Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence, including data visualization and reporting. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including datacom and network protocols, network management systems, and security principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. * Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. * Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence, including data visualization and reporting. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
