**Experienced Full Stack Technical Program Manager – Cloud Infrastructure and Data Analytics**

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in driving process improvement through data analysis, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing business recommendations based on data insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of Designers and Engineers to address the global fleet of External Data Centers (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and develop business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities for growth * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and designers * Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and executives * Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving process improvement and business growth * Experience with data analysis, including data collection, analysis, and visualization * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with project management tools, including Agile and Scrum methodologies * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in leading large, cross-functional projects that span multiple teams and stakeholders * Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Google Cloud Platform * Experience with data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI * Experience with programming languages, including Python and Java * Experience with data visualization tools, including D3.js and Matplotlib * Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources * Experience with data analysis, including data collection, analysis, and visualization * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Google Cloud Platform * Experience with data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI * Strong programming skills, including Python and Java * Experience with data visualization tools, including D3.js and Matplotlib **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
