If you're ready to embark on a new adventure, master new skills, and propel your career while having a blast, then join our arenaflex family today! **Why You'll Love This Job** As a Staff Assistant, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including: * Scheduling meetings and events * Writing, editing, and proofreading documents * Ensuring phone coverage and responding to client inquiries * Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements * Managing office supplies and expenses * Tracking employee onboarding and training * Assisting with station events and activities * Handling financial transactions and reporting * Maintaining accurate records and databases * Providing support for various finance capabilities * Overseeing OSHA and security-related tasks * Collaborating with CRE/Offices and vendors to manage local projects * Leading and coordinating work with other care staff **What You'll Do** As a Staff Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing administrative support for the management team and staff * Controlling, auditing, and screening local invoices through InvoiceWorks and distributing as required * Investigating and resolving office technology issues, including phone and copier machines * Tracking and ensuring employees complete onboarding obligations, including system access, workspace allocation, and other necessary tasks * Assisting with station event planning, coordination, and execution * Handling financial transactions and reporting in Workbrain for the management and care staff * Processing deprivation letters and arranging local communications and responses * Overseeing employee termination, including approvals and tasks as required * Assisting with timekeeping capabilities, data entry, data validation, compromises, and recording * Maintaining accurate employee records and station meeting plans * Gathering and managing various intermittent reports, including performance, review, cost, employee engagement, and recognition * Updating required manuals and maintaining all security-related items * Serving as backup for various finance capabilities * Overseeing records for OSHA, security, and other compliance-related tasks * Assisting with budget planning and compromise, including monthly closeout of landing charges * Upholding inspecting exercises as required * Tracking and confirming incentive reserves acquired * Liaising with CRE/Offices and vendors to follow local projects, as needed * Leading and coordinating work with other care staff, as needed * Performing other duties as required **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in any field * Previous office/administrative experience * Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Knowledge of procedures, policies, and corporate design * Ability to focus on work, be meticulous, and meet time constraints * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks * Self-motivation and ability to work independently * Understanding of the ideas and functionality of specific software and systems **What You'll Get** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage * Virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * 401(k) program with employer contributions after one year * Additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion * The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and colleagues **Join the arenaflex Team Today!** If you're ready to take your career to new heights and join a team that's passionate about making a difference, then apply now!
