**Experienced Full Stack Sr. Manager of Forecasting – Global Customer Service Capacity Planning**

Our team of bright and ambitious individuals is passionate about using technology to improve the lives of shoppers and sellers around the world. **The Role** As our Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you'll play a critical role in creating and delivering contact forecasts that will help us generate cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions for our Customer Service (CS) network. You'll be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
