Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Analyst to report to the Manager - Labor Systems Data Solutions. As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to ensure the optimal performance of our labor systems. Key Responsibilities Follow established approaches for software development methodologies and testing procedures to ensure high-quality solutions Provide rapid and accurate results for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests Maintain an up-to-date understanding of IT technologies and trends, including attending seminars, training events, and reading relevant journals and technical documentation Maintain a strong knowledge of data integrations technology currently in use, including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar Participate in "best practice" projects in support of continuous improvement, ensuring that our labor systems remain optimized and efficient Provide high-level estimation based on initial requirements, breaking down complex problems into smaller, testable tasks Understand, recommend, and support robust reporting and analytic architectures, developing outstanding, easy-to-use solutions that meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders Collect, process, and analyze large data sets, leading and prioritizing multiple tasks independently in a fast-moving environment Participate in an on-call rotation and cross-functional sustainment tasks with the team, ensuring seamless support and maintenance of our labor systems Essential Qualifications 1 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language 1 or more years of experience working with data technology, such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and solve complex problems Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a quest for quality, demonstrating a capacity to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform task duties in a fast-moving environment correctly and with minimal supervision Ability to handle diverse data, resolve conflicts effectively, and take initiative to achieve results despite uncertainty Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net) and experience with Visual Studio or similar IDE (Integrated Development Environment) Validated experience with data integrations technology and labor management systems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
